Beacon Square Annapolis, MD

​Good News Electric is proud to have contributed to the electrical construction of Beacon Square, a mixed-use development located at 2500 Riva Road in Annapolis, Maryland. This project includes a 93,395-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center and 508 apartment units. Our team was responsible for the shell work of several buildings within the development, including structures of approximately 60,000 square feet, 8,000 square feet, and 30,000 square feet. We ensured that the electrical infrastructure met the specific requirements of these diverse spaces, contributing to a modern and efficient environment for both residents and businesses.
